This year Church of Our Saviour started its Journey to Adulthood program, designed for Episcopal young adults. We are celebrating eleven of our youth group participants this spring. Part of a special curriculum, “Rite 13” will formally observe a milestone ceremony around these young adults’ 13th birthday, to celebrate the transition from childhood to adulthood. We recognize the importance of helping our young people appreciate their growth and progress as they move toward adulthood.
On Sunday, May 4th, during the 10 am service we’ll celebrate this significant time with our teens and honor the gifts of adulthood freely given by God. These gifts are part of the very essence of who we are. As we grow and mature on our journey, our skills and understanding expand, but that core of who we are — created and loved by God — remains constant.
Please keep these teens (Camille, Eleanor, Gavin, Grace, Heidi, Helena, Joseph, Maggie, Noel, Sophia, and Summer) in your prayers as they prepare for this life-affirming ceremony.

Such a meaningful moment for the teens and https://countonsheep.com/ the wider community. The way this ceremony is described feels respectful and warm, similar to a community reflection I read on countonsheep.
Such a thoughtful recap of the https://www.coversinplay.com Rite 13 ceremony—beautifully written and full of meaning. I recently read reflections on youth milestones on a coversinplay review site, and this post truly stood out.
Such a meaningful https://givingtreefamilylaw.ca/ and heartfelt post. The sense of community and reflection really stood out. I recently came across a similar values-focused discussion on a givingtreefamilylaw review blog, and it resonated in much the same way.
What a thoughtful and heartwarming post. The https://www.easylawinc.com way this ceremony was described truly highlights its importance for teens and families alike. I enjoyed the community focus.
